Final report
It becomes easiest to finalize the report if you have kept a project diary during the project period and checked against the project plan and budget.
Be proactive with the final reporting
The decision from the Swedish Board of Agriculture states the project's end date. The final report and application for final payment must be submitted before that date. The application for final payment is made on ”My pages” on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website. Please prepare financial reporting, documentation, photos, and other attachments before it's time to log in and start the application. A good way is to read through the project plan and budget template, look at what was to be carried out, and reflect on what results you have achieved. Some sections of the project plan can be copied to the final report.
