The purpose of the project is to film and document the production of Lars Einar Jillker's unique tin thread product, which is crucial for the Sámi tin thread embroidery and the preservation of the traditional South Sámi gákti. An additional purpose is to raise the level of knowledge about the significance of tin thread for Sámi culture among the general public.
