About the project
The purpose of the project is to increase the civil preparedness in the rural areas of Strömsund and Ragunda municipalities during community crises and enable local investments. We want people to meet and discuss their conditions to feel safer. With the complementary micro-support we offer, they can acquire what is needed, such as backup generators, water pumps, gardening tools, and defibrillators. The project is carried out in close collaboration with the crisis preparedness coordinators in Strömsund and Ragunda municipalities as well as the Adult Education Association Jämtland.
