We help you along the way
We are here to support you throughout the entire project in all parts. We are happy to assist with the startup and when it is time to apply for partial payments. We are of course also available for questions via phone and email.
Decisions and startup
When the project has been prioritized by the Leader 3sams board, the project can start, but it is at your own risk until the authority decision from the Swedish Board of Agriculture has been received. Read the decision from the Swedish Board of Agriculture carefully and keep it available, it states, among other things, the project's end date.
Report voluntary time
Please write down the voluntarily worked time continuously during the project in a project diary, it will be easier to report at the end. There are two forms, one for individually worked time (per person) and one for group activities.
Advance and payment of project support
It is possible to apply for an advance of the project support when the project has been approved by the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
It is possible to apply for payment after a decision on support has been made by the Swedish Board of Agriculture and there are paid expenses in the project. The expenses must be recorded according to Swedish accounting law.
Please apply for payment continuously during the project period, this is done on ”My pages” on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure how it works!
Changes in the project
Sometimes unforeseen things happen during the course of the project. It is important to inform us if there may be deviations from the approved project plan and budget, the Leader office must approve changes. A form for changes is available here.
Important to know about logos
Remember the correct logos! It is a requirement from the EU to use logos on, for example, informational materials and websites. The EU logo and Leader logo must be clearly visible. Feel free to ask us to ensure it is correct!
