Step 1. Apply for financial support
Do you have an idea for local development that can benefit many? Associations and others with an organization number can apply for project support with us! There is no exact finished form for which ideas can become a Leader project. The best thing is to dare to test, and we will help you move forward in the process.
Consider these questions first
Some important points to think through before you write the project plan: What do you want to do and what is the purpose? Will the project benefit many and who will that be? Who will implement the idea? Are you several working together? Is the working method non-discriminatory? Is the project something beyond regular operations and will the project add something new and create development in the community? Last but not least, will it be sustainable over time?
Contact us and discuss your idea
Once you have thought through the above questions, contact us and we will come to you or have a digital meeting and then see how we can proceed. From idea to application is a process that we at Leader 3sam help you with – we are available as support and sounding board all the way!
Development strategy and collaboration
What you want to implement must align with our locally developed development strategy, and we want the result to benefit many! We really appreciate if you are several who want to work together towards the same goal – collaboration is the key to success.
Familiarize yourself with the project plan
Familiarize yourself with the project plan and power of attorney to begin with. The organization that intends to apply for project support should make a joint decision and document that they want to apply for support from Leader 3sam. Check that you have a current registration certificate. One or a couple of people should be given power of attorney to later log in with e-identification at the Swedish Board of Agriculture and make the application when the Leader office has given the green light.
Estimate the project's costs
Think through what needs you have and estimate what amount you should apply for. When it comes to larger investments, ask for several quotes from different suppliers so that we can assess that the cost you are applying for is reasonable.
Deadlines
We accept applications on an ongoing basis and make decisions approximately 4-6 times a year.
