Ett projekt \u00e4r en process med fyra olika steg. Till att b\u00f6rja med m\u00e5ste det finnas en utvecklingsid\u00e9, n\u00e5got som kan f\u00f6rfinas och sammanfattas till ett konkret projekt och en formell projektans\u00f6kan m\u00e5ste skrivas. D\u00e4refter ska projektet, om det godk\u00e4nns, genomf\u00f6ras enligt de villkor och regelverk som finns. Till slut ska projektet avslutas och slutrapporteras.<\/p>\n

Det finns ingen, exakt f\u00e4rdig form, f\u00f6r vilka id\u00e9er som kan bli ett Leaderprojekt. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att v\u00e5ga testa s\u00e5 hj\u00e4lper vi dig fram\u00e5t i processen. Vi kommer till er eller tar ett digitalt m\u00f6te och ser sedan hur vi kan g\u00e5 vidare. Vi h\u00e5ller handen genom hela processen, ans\u00f6kan och projektets alla delar.<\/p>\n

N\u00e5gra viktiga punkter att t\u00e4nka igenom innan ni skriver projektplanen: Vad vill ni g\u00f6ra och vad \u00e4r syftet? Kommer projektet flera till nytta och vilka d\u00e5? Vilka ska genomf\u00f6ra id\u00e9n? \u00c4r ni flera som jobbar tillsammans? \u00c4r arbetss\u00e4ttet icke-diskriminerande? \u00c4r projektet n\u00e5gonting ut\u00f6ver ordinarie verksamhet och kommer projektet att tillf\u00f6ra n\u00e5got nytt och skapa utveckling i bygden? Sist men inte minst, kommer det att vara h\u00e5llbart \u00f6ver tid?<\/p>\n

F\u00f6reningar och andra med ett organisationsnummer kan ans\u00f6ka om st\u00f6d. Bekanta er med projektplan och fullmakt till att b\u00f6rja med. Den organisation som t\u00e4nkt s\u00f6ka projektst\u00f6d ska ta ett gemensamt beslut och protokollf\u00f6ra att man vill s\u00f6ka st\u00f6d hos Leader 3sam. Kontrollera att ni har ett aktuellt registreringsbevis. En eller ett par personer ska ges fullmakt att senare logga in med e-legitimation hos Jordbruksverket och g\u00f6ra ans\u00f6kan n\u00e4r Leaderkontoret gett klartecken. N\u00e4r projektet blivit prioriterat av Leader 3sams styrelse s\u00e5 kan projektet starta men det sker p\u00e5 egen risk tills myndighetsbeslutet fr\u00e5n Jordbruksverket kommit. L\u00e4s beslutet fr\u00e5n Jordbruksverket noga och ha det tillg\u00e4ngligt, d\u00e4r st\u00e5r projektets slutdatum.<\/p>\n

Viktigt att veta!<\/strong> Det \u00e4r ett krav fr\u00e5n EU att anv\u00e4nda logotyper p\u00e5 exempelvis informationsmaterial och webbsidor. EU-logotyp och Leader-logotyp ska vara v\u00e4l synliga. Ladda ner h\u00e4r<\/a>. Fr\u00e5ga oss g\u00e4rna s\u00e5 att det blir r\u00e4tt!<\/p>\n
